摘　　要：“清四乱”是水利行业加强对河流、湖泊监管的一项重要任务,而核查环节较依赖工作人员现场执行,人工现场核查对这个时效要求较高的任务产生了一定阻碍,采用移动WebGIS解决这一问题。移动WebGIS在提供实时基于位置服务的同时,程序开发部署更加灵活、轻量化,在更多行业的运用中发挥出了自身优势。基于此,对一个主要使用Vue.js和MapBox框架的轻量化移动WebGIS单页面程序的开发测试案例进行了解析,论证并检验了移动端程序用于“四乱”核查环节的可行性。“Clearing the four chaos”is an important task for the water conservancy industry to strengthen the supervision of rivers and lakes,and the verification process is more dependent on the on-site implementation of staff.Manual on-site verification has a certain obstacle to this task with high timeliness requirements.Mobile WebGIS can help solve this problem.The application of mobile WebGIS not only provides real-time location services,but also makes the program development and deployment more flexible and lightweight,which can play its own advantages in more industries.We analyzed a case study of development and testing on a lightweight mobile WebGIS single-page application that mainly using Vue.js and MapBox architecture,examined and demonstrated the feasibility of mobile Apps in“Clearing the four chaos”.
