摘 要:为更好地了解乳房-文胸动态接触情况,研究基于逆向工程软件构建乳房-文胸的动态接触模型,利用三维运动捕捉设备和压力传感器获取有限元计算的边界条件和载荷,使用ANSYS Workbench进行动态仿真模拟,并通过真人实验验证模型的有效性。结果表明:建立的有限元模型可精准预测乳房位移变化,且模拟值与实测值显著相关。文章提出的有限元模拟方法能够替代真人较好地模拟跳跃过程中乳房的振动情况,从而为文胸的防振测试与评价提供便利,也可以通过改变材料属性和受力情况,观察、模拟更多的胸部运动。In order to provide a better understanding of the dynamic contact between breast and bra,the dynamic contact model of breast and bra was constructed based on reverse engineering software.The boundary conditions and loads of finite element calculation were obtained by using three-dimensionalmotion capture equipment and pressure sensor.The dynamic simulation was carried out by ANSYSWorkbench,and the validity of the model was verified by real human experiment.The results show that the established finite element model can accurately predict the change of breast displacement,and the simulated value is significantly correlated with the measured value.The minimum rootmean square error of the two is 0.0608%,and the maximumrootmean square error is 0.1978%.The finite element simulation method proposed in this paper can replace the real person to better simulate the vibration of the breast during the jumping process,thus providing convenience for the anti-vibration test and evaluation of the bra.It can also change the material properties and force conditions to facilitate observation and simulation of more breast movements.
