摘 要:压力套对于多种病症有辅助治疗效果,而压强的合理分布至关重要。针对现有基于正圆截面拉普拉斯公式计算的压强分布不能准确表述近似椭圆的人肢体截面压强分布问题,采用以椭圆截面模型的拉普拉斯公式,确立了压力套在截面上的压强分布计算公式;本文使用3种不同材质和厚度的面料,各缝制了4种不同压缩比的压力臂套,测量椭圆截面不同位置的压强,并与计算值进行比较。理论计算和实验验证的结果表明,基于椭圆的拉普拉斯公式能够很好地描述肢体截面的压力分布,可为压力套的设计提供压强分布参考。Pressure sleeve have adjuvant therapeutic effects for a variety of diseases,and the proper distribution of pressure is crucial.Aiming at the problem that the pressure distribution based on the Laplace formula calculation of the regular circular section cannot accurately express the pressure distribution of the human limb section that is approximately elliptical,the Laplace formula based on the elliptical section model is used to establish the pressure distribution calculation formula of the pressure sleeve on the cross-section.In this study,four pressure armsleeves with different compression ratios were sewn by using three differentmaterials and thicknesses of the fabrics.The pressures at different positions in the elliptical section are measured and compared with the calculated values.The results of theoretical calculations and experimental verification reveal that the ellipse-based Laplace formula can well describe the pressure distribution of the limb cross-section,which can provide a reference for the pressure distribution of pressure sleeve design.
