山羊绒浮纹肌理花样工艺研究

摘　　要：经过对电脑横机编织原理和织物的对比分析,阐述了浮线结构在织物反面、正面、正反面相互穿插的3种纹理花样的编织工艺;通过绘制线圈结构图和编织意匠图,详细讲解了每种浮纹肌理花样的工艺方法;运用山羊绒原料在电脑横机上开发完成了实物编织,并提出技术要点。结果表明:在织物组织设计中,采用浮线结构能够使织物产生风格迥异的浮纹肌理效应;浮纹肌理花样工艺的研究,能够对表现和增加产品独特的艺术内涵起到积极的推动作用。Through the comparative analysis of the principle of computer flat knitting and the fabrics,this paper expounds the weaving technology of three kinds of texture patterns in which the floating line structure intersperses on the back,the front,and front and back of the fabric with each other.By drawing coil structure diagram and knitting design diagram,the process method of each kind of floating texture pattern is explained in detail.The material weaving of cashmere is developed and completed on computer flat knitting machine,and the key technical points are put forward.The results show that the different styles of float texture can be achieved by using the floating structure in fabric design.The study on the pattern technology of floating texture can play a positive role in promoting the expression and increasing the unique artistic connotation of products.
