摘 要:新文科建设主力军是高校教师,重难点和突破点也在教师。新文科建设背景下的高校教师发展必须抛弃传统的培养模式,探索新型的跨界发展道路。新文科背景下高校教师跨界发展存在四大问题:教师跨界能力素养不足、教师缺乏循证社会科学视野、教师跨界培训机制不系统不完善、教师跨界发展的保障机制缺乏。基于此,突破的路径:重视教师思维模式转变与新时代融合;构建多主体、全方面、个性化的教师跨界培训机制;创造条件营造教师跨界发展的良好制度环境。The main force in the construction of the new liberal arts is university teachers,and the key difficulties and the breakthroughs points are also teachers.Under the background of the construction of the new liberal arts,the development of university teachers must abandon the traditional training model and explore a new cross-border development path.There are four major problems in the development:insufficient cross-border competence and literacy of teachers,lack of evidence-based social science perspectives for teachers,unsystematic and imperfect cross-border training mechanisms for teachers,and lack of guaranteemechanisms for cross-border development of teachers.Based on this,the breakthrough path lies in:attaching importance to the transformation of teachers'thinking patterns and the integration of the new era,establishing a multi-subject,comprehensive,and personalized cross-border training mechanism for teachers,and creating conditions to create a good institutional environment for teachers’cross-border development.
