摘 要:在云制造环境下,设备资源数量众多、质量各不相同,难以实现资源需求方与资源提供方之间的快速有效匹配。针对该问题,提出一种面向设备资源的云服务组合优选方法。首先,引入技术性能指标建立云服务能力指标体系,以时间最短、成本最低、质量最高和性能最佳建立了多目标组合优选模型;其次,在基于参考点选择的非支配排序遗传算法的基础上,采用一种动态邻域搜索策略来扩大算法的搜索范围,同时提出一种精英个体选择机制来优化算法后期的解集质量;最后,对优选模型进行求解得到一组可接受的服务方案,结合资源需求方的偏好要求确定最终的组合服务链。通过实际算例分析表明所提优选方法的可行性,通过算例分析和算法对比验证了算法改进的有效性与优越性。In the cloud manufacturing environment,equipment resources are numerous and of different quality,making it difficult to achieve fast and effective matching between resource demanders and resource providers.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a device resource-oriented cloud service composition optimization method.Firstly,technical performance indicators are introduced to establish a cloud service capability indicator system,and a multi-objective combinatorial optimization model was established with the shortest time,the lowest cost,the highest quality,and the best performance.Then,based on the reference-point-based non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅲ),dynamic neighborhood search is introduced to expand the search range of the algorithm.And an elite individual selection mechanism is proposed to optimize the quality of the solution set in the later stage of the algorithm.Finally,the optimal model is solved to obtain a set of acceptable service plans.Combined with the resource demander's preference,the final combined service chain is determined.The feasibility of the proposed optimization method is demonstrated through the analysis of actual examples,and the effectiveness and superiority of the improved algorithm are verified through the analysis of examples and comparison of algorithms.
