摘 要:采用Bio Win5.3软件对某石化园区综合污水处理厂进行模拟,以3~6月的水质数据搭建生物处理段的稳态模型,通过对关键参数氨氧化细菌最大比增长速率μ_(A)、普通异养菌好氧产率系数Y_(H)和普通异养菌最大比增长速率(μ_(H))进行测定(分别为0.7475 d^(-1),0.717 g/g(以COD计)和2.9975 d^(-1)),将其代入模型,并用9月水质数据进行验证,模型模拟出水的相对误差小于10%。利用验证后的模拟方法,考察巴豆醛废水排入对综合污水处理厂运行的影响,发现即使综合废水与巴豆醛废水混合体积比为2000∶1,模拟出水COD质量浓度仍高达102 mg/L,即巴豆醛废水在预处理设施检修等不利情况下,也不能排入综合污水处理厂。Using Bio Win5.3 software,a steady-state model of the biological treatment section was constructed based on water quality data from Northeast China Petrochemical Industrial Park's comprehensive wastewater treatment plant between the months of March and June.The model was calibrated by determining the critical parameters,including the maximum specific growth rate of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(μ_A),the aerobic yield coefficient of heterotrophic bacteria(Y_H),and the maximum specific growth rate of heterotrophic bacteria(μ_H)(0.747 5 d~(-1),0.717 g/g,and 2.997 5 d~(-1),respectively),which were then incorporated into the model.The model was validated using water quality data from September,and the relative error of the model-simulated effluent was less than 10%.The validated simulation approach was used to study the impact of the discharge of crotonaldehyde wastewater on the operation of the comprehensive wastewater treatment plant.The simulation results indicate that even when the mixed ratio of comprehensive wastewater and crotonaldehyde wastewater is as high as2 000:1,the simulated effluent COD is still as high as 102 mg/L.This indicates that crotonaldehyde wastewater cannot be directly discharged into the comprehensive wastewater treatment plant for treatment,especially during unfavorable conditions such as pre-treatment facility maintenance or emergencies.
