摘 要:为探究无肋片与有肋片条件下净化甲醛能力及不同浓度甲醛环境下气流速度和辐照度对甲醛降解效果的影响,分别采用无肋片管式光催化反应器和4片直肋管式反应器对甲醛进行波长为254 nm紫外光光催化氧化反应降解试验。结果表明,在反应器内部设置肋片在一定程度上可提高净化甲醛效果。在高浓度甲醛环境下,反应器净化甲醛最佳气流速度为2 m/s;在低浓度甲醛环境时,气流速度为1~2 m/s时,反应器净化甲醛能力无明显区别。而环境中甲醛浓度的变化对辐照度无明显影响。In order to explore the ability to purify formaldehyde without fins and with fins and the influence of air velocity and irradiance on the degradation effect of formaldehyde in the environment of different concentrations of formaldehyde,the254 nm UV photocatalytic oxidation reaction degradation tests of formaldehyde were carried out in a non-fin tube photocatalytic reactor and a four-piece straight rib-tube reactor,respectively.It has been shown that fins in reactors can increase the efficiency of formaldehyde purification to some extent.The optimal gas flow rate for formaldehyde purification in the reactor is 2 m/s.At low concentrations of formaldehyde,there is no significant difference in the purification capacity of the reactor at air flow rates of 1 to 2 m/s.Changes in the concentration of formaldehyde in the environment did not have a noticeable effect on the irradiance.
