摘　　要：粮食码头的筒仓出仓装汽车作业是重要的作业环节之一。针对原出仓装车作业过程中现场需配备多名操作员、操作失误时有发生等问题,给出一种简便实用改造方案,通过新设智能控制箱和仓底闸门开度传感器,实现对现有作业核心环节的自动化改造。改造后有效提高了作业安全性和作业效率。Silo discharging loading automobile operation of grain terminal is one of the important operation links.The original silo discharging loading operation requires several operators on site,and operation errors occur from time to time.In view of the problem,a simple and practical transformation plan is given.To realize the automation transformation of the existing operation core link,new intelligent control box and silo bottom gate opening sensor are set up.The modification shows that it effectively improve the operational safety and operational efficiency.
