双向FDI溢出对中国区域技术创新的影响——兼论吸收能力的调节效应和门槛效应

摘　　要：运用2003—2018年中国省级面板数据,创新构建了吸收能力的量化方法,优化了知识生产模型的分析框架,使用空间误差模型对双向FDI溢出对区域技术创新的影响进行研究,并检验了吸收能力在其中的调节效应和门槛效应。研究发现:双向FDI溢出均促进了我国区域创新水平的提升,但该作用存在区域异质性;OFDI吸收能力起到正向调节效应,吸收能力能够增强OFDI溢出对技术创新的正向影响;FDI吸收能力存在门槛效应,当吸收能力超过门槛值时,FDI溢出对技术创新的影响将降低。This paper innovatively constructed a quantitative method of absorption capacity,optimized the analytical framework of knowledge production model,and used the spatial error model to study the impact of two-way FDI spillovers on regional technological innovation by using China s provincial panel data from 2003 to 2018,and tested the moderating effect and threshold effect of absorption capacity.The research finds out that the two-way FDI spillover promotes the improvement of regional innovation level in China,but there is regional heterogeneity in this effect.The absorption capacity of OFDI plays a positive regulating effect,and the absorption capacity can enhance the positive effect of OFDI spillover on technological innovation.There is a threshold effect of FDI absorption capacity.When the absorption capacity exceeds the threshold value,the impact of FDI spillover on technological innovation will be reduced.
