摘  要:针对公交公司、银行柜台硬币分离难,依靠手工分离费时费力等问题,本文通过三维数字化设计软件创新设计了一款全重力滑道式硬币分离机,完成了硬币分离机的结构设计、虚拟装配,在经切片处理后,基于熔融沉积3D打印技术,应用聚乳酸材料完成了全重力滑道式硬币分离机样机制作。整体基于3D打印技术完成制作,造价成本低;整机为聚乳酸材料,仅重380 g。样机分离实验结果表明:该硬币分离机能够在仅依靠重力作用下,实现硬币自动分离和分类收集,无需消耗其他能量,结构简单,操作方便。能克服现有硬币分离机造价昂贵,结构复杂,制作困难且消耗电能、噪声大等缺点,为相关行业进行产品开发、设计、样机制作等提供借鉴与参考。In view of the problem of coin separation,especially for bus companies and bank counters,relying on manual separation is time-consuming and laborious.In this paper,a full gravity slide-type coin sorting machine was designed through the three-dimensional(3D)digital design software,completed the structure design and virtual assembly of the coin sorting machine.After slice processing,the full gravity sliding to coin sorting mechanism was completed based on fused deposition modeling(FDM)3D printing technology.The whole production was based on 3D printing technology,with low cost;the machine is made of poly lactic acid(PLA)material and only weighs 380g.Coin splitting experiment was carried out and the experimental results showed that:The coin sorting machine can automatically separate and collect coins by gravity without consuming other energy,it was simple in structure and easy to operate.It can overcome the disadvantages of coin sorting machines in the existing market,such as high cost,complex structure,difficult production,power consumption and large noise.It can provide reference for product development,design and prototype production in related industries.
