摘  要:板式换热器是一种高效、节能、紧凑的换热设备,其发展已100多年,但我国起步较晚,始于20世纪60年代[1]。随着对板式换热器的深入认识,其制造技术和应用领域在不断进步和扩大,本文旨在探索板式换热器在白炭黑闪蒸干燥系统中余热回收的价值。我国白炭黑应用广泛,每年有数百万吨的产量,白炭黑干燥过程中需消耗大量的热,热源来自煤、天然气等化石燃料的燃烧。白炭黑干燥过程吸收热量,排出70~120℃的高温尾气,由引风机排放大气。这部分高温尾气含有大量的水蒸气,直接排放流失大量的热量,使整个装置热效率不高。为此,在不降低产量的同时,通过新型气气板式换热器,利用这部分湿热尾气预热热风炉以达到余热回收、节能减排的目的[2],也为响应国家“双碳”目标提供助力。Plate heat exchanger is an efficient,energy saving,and compact heat exchange equipment that has been developed for over 100 years,but it started relatively late in China,starting in the 1960s.With the in-depth understanding of plate heat exchangers,its manufacturing technology and application fields are constantly improving and expanding.This article aims to explore the value of plate heat exchangers in waste heat recovery in white carbon black flash drying systems.White carbon black is widely used in China,with an annual output of millions of tons.The drying process of white carbon black requires a large amount of heat,which comes from the combustion of fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas.The drying process of white carbon black absorbs heat and emits high temperature exhaust gas at 70-120℃,which is then discharged into the atmosphere by an induced draft fan.This high-temperature exhaust gas contains a large amount of water vapor,which directly releases and loses a large amount of heat,resulting in low thermal efficiency of the entire device.To this end,while not reducing production,a new type of gas plate heat exchanger is used to preheat the hot blast furnace with this wet and hot exhaust gas to achieve the goal of waste heat recovery,energy conservation and emission reduction,and also to provide assistance in response to the national double carbon goals.
