摘  要:工程建设项目为广西某学校公寓楼。通过场地工程地质条件和岩土工程分析认为:场区无区域性断裂构造破碎带,区域地质相对稳定,属抗震一般地段,场地适合工程建设;建议拟建建筑物基础采用柱下独立基础或条形基础,基础底部采用砂和碎石作为垫褥层,以消除地层的不均匀沉降和强胀缩性土带来的影响。The project is an apartment building of a school in Guangxi Province.Through the analysis of engineering geological conditions and geotechnical engineering of the site,it is concluded that there is no regional fracture structural fracture zone in the site,the regional geology is relatively stable,and the site is a general seismic area,which is suitable for engineering construction.It is suggested that the foundation of the proposed building should be independent foundation under columns or strip foundation,while sand and gravel should be used as the cushion layer at the bottom of the foundation to eliminate the influence of uneven settlement and strong expansive soil.
