摘　　要：开展压覆矿产资源核实评估工作的目的是为建设项目依法用地提供审批依据,保障矿产资源国家所有权益,维护矿业权人的合法权益,为矿政管理和资源储量登记及统计等提供技术支撑。本文以河南省焦作市解放区东王褚村南水北调中线工程总干渠某安置小区建设项目为例,采用垂直剖面法计算建设项目压覆资源范围,对建设项目压覆重要矿产资源进行核实评估。The purpose of the verification and evaluation of the overlapped mineral resources is to provide technical a basis for examination and approval of land use for construction projects in accordance with the law,safeguard the rights and interests of the state in mineral resources,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the mining owners,and to provide technical support for mine administration,resource reserves registration,and statistics.The paper took a construction project of a resettlement community in the main trunk canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiefang District,Jiaozuo City,Henan Province as an example,used the vertical profile method to calculate the overburdened resource range of the construction project,verified and assessed the overburdened mineral resources of the construction project.
