摘 要:通过熔融法制备了尖晶石相透明微晶玻璃。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SE M)等测试方法,研究了Na_(2)O含量的变化对MgO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)微晶玻璃析晶及力学性能的影响。结果表明,微晶玻璃的晶相均为尖晶石及氧化锆。Na_(2)O的添加量为2%(摩尔分数)时微晶玻璃的晶粒最小,尺寸在20~35 nm范围内。Na_(2)O添加量为0、4%和6%时,微晶玻璃的粒度均增大。随着Na_(2)O含量的增加,样品的显微硬度呈现逐渐降低的趋势;抗弯强度呈现先增高后降低的趋势,最高值为129 MPa。Transparent MgO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)microcrystalline glasses with good properties were prepared by the melting method.The ef fects of the variation of Na_(2)O content on the precrystallization and mechanical properties of the spinel-phase microcrystalline glasses were investigated by using dif ferential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray dif fractometry(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the crystalline phases of the microcrystalline glasses were spinel and zirconium oxide,and the smallest grain size was in the range of 20~35 nm at 2%(molar fraction)of Na_(2)O,and the grain size increased at 0,4%and 6%of Na_(2)O.The microhardness of the samples tended to decrease as the Na_(2)O content increased,and the flexural strength tended to increase and then decrease,with a maximum value of 129 MPa.
