摘　　要：电子玻璃生产环境控制系统对稳定工艺环境、提升产品品位、确保核心工艺设备安全等方面具有极其重要的意义。结合电子玻璃生产环境与工艺生产的关联因素,通过对电子玻璃生产环境的温度、湿度、气流组织、压差及洁净度等参数控制进行系统研究,设计出更加符合电子玻璃生产工艺需求的环境控制系统。The environment control system for electronic glass production is of great significance in stabilizing the technical process,improving the product grade and ensuring the safety of the core process equipment.Combining with the correlation factors between the production environment of electronic glass and the production process,through the systematic research on the control parameters of the production environment of electronic glass,such as temperature,humidity,air distribution,pressure difference and cleanliness,the environmental control system which is more in line with the production process requirements of electronic glass is designed.
