摘　　要：平板显示技术不断更新迭代,TFT-LCD技术是目前市场上显示器使用的主流显示技术。TFT-LCD面板生产中关于TP不稳定的反馈也非常频繁,尤其是随着显示面板技术升级,图形精度要求越来越高,TP的问题日益突出。通过实验,从玻璃基板的密度、膨胀系数、再热收缩率等物理性能角度,研究玻璃基板的性能对TP的影响。Flat-panel display technology is constantly updated generation.TFT-LCD technology is the mainstream display technology used in the market.The feedback of the TP instability of TFT-LCD production is also very frequent.By the upgrade of display panel technology,the requirement of graph precision is higher and higher.The problem of TP becomes more and more prominent.The effect of the performance of glass substrate on TP is studied from the physical properties of glass substrate such as density,coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal shrinkage by experiments.
