摘  要:为了研究接触、摩擦和预紧力等非线性因素对摩擦型螺栓连接动态载荷传递特性的影响,利用空气炮装置发射钛合金圆柱弹、钢球和冰球,开展了高速冲击试验,获得了冲击响应曲线。试验结果表明:金属弹体的撞击不能忽略弹体本身结构变形带来的影响,相较圆柱弹,球形弹冲击产生的冲击载荷峰值小,载荷传递率大;金属弹体撞击产生的冲击载荷波形杂乱且变化剧烈,螺栓连接的摩擦滑移导致的能量耗散使载荷传递率小于1,冰球撞击的载荷波形变化平缓,结合面的摩擦等非线性因素对载荷传递的影响较金属弹体冲击的情况小;加大拧紧力矩、增大结合面粗糙度会导致冲击刚度增大,冲击刚度基本不受外激励影响;减小拧紧力矩、结合面越光滑、加大冰球冲击能量会使载荷传递率降低;载荷传递率和损耗因子呈线性关系,当损耗因子小于0.59时,结合面处的摩擦耗散将使载荷传递率小于1。In order to study the influence of non-linear factors such as contact,friction,and preload on the dynamic load transfer characteristics of slip-critical bolted connections,high-speed impact tests were carried out using an air gun device to launch titanium al⁃loy cylindrical projectiles,steel balls,and ice balls,and the impact response curves were obtained.The test results show that the impact of the metal projectile cannot ignore the influence of the structural deformation of the projectile itself.Compared with the cylindrical projec⁃tile,the impact load peak value generated by the spherical projectile is smaller and the load transfer rate is higher.The impact load wave⁃form caused by the impact of the metal projectile is messy and changes drastically.The energy dissipation caused by the friction slip of the slip-critical bolted connections makes the load transfer rate less than 1.The load waveform of the ice ball impact changes gently.The influ⁃ence of nonlinear factors such as joint surface friction on the load transfer is less than that of the metal projectile impact.Increasing the tightening torque and the roughness of the joint surfaces will increase the impact stiffness,which is basically not affected by external excita⁃tion.Decreasing the tightening torque and the roughness of the joint surface,and increasing the impact energy of the ice balls will decrease the load transfer rate.The load transfer rate is linear with the loss factor,and when the loss factor is less than 0.59,the friction dissipation at the joint surface will make the load transfer rate less than 1.
