摘 要:为了消除某型燃油调节器计量活门控制系统受燃油油压扰动以及元件老化等因素的影响而导致计量活门位置控制所受干扰,根据燃油调节器计量活门控制系统工作原理,采用机理建模的方法建立动力学方程;采用自抗扰控制方法对计量活门位置进行控制,将燃油扰动等引起的非线性项集成为总扰动,设计线性扩张状态观测器进行实时观测并主动补偿;使用Matlab/Simu?link工具搭建仿真模型进行分析,将所提出的控制器与PI控制器进行比较。结果表明:在跟踪5 mm平滑输入,一定燃油阶跃扰动情况下,自抗扰控制和PI控制的最大绝对误差分别为3.76459×10^(-4)和8.20315×10^(-3),均方差分别为1.78593×10^(-6)和5.12835×10^(-5)。在跟踪正弦函数输入,一定燃油正弦扰动情况下,自抗扰控制和PI控制的最大绝对误差分别为2.62611×10^(-3)和9.03823×10^(-3),均方差分别是5.71403×10^(-4)和7.77306×10^(-3)。所设计的控制器能有效估计并补偿扰动,比PI控制器具有更强的抗燃油扰动能力,鲁棒性更强,提高了计量活门位置控制精度。可为后续的抗扰动控制算法改进和后续试验研究提供思路及理论指导。The control system of the metering valve of a fuel regulator was affected by the disturbance of fuel oil pressure and aging of components,which led to the interference of the metering valve position control.In order to eliminate the disturbance,the dynamic equa⁃tion was established by mechanism modeling according to its working principle.Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)was pro⁃posed to control the position of metering valve,and the nonlinear items caused by fuel disturbance were integrated into the total distur⁃bance,and then a linear extended state observer was designed for real-time observation and active compensation.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink tool was used to build a simulation model for analysis,and the proposed controller was compared with the PI controller.The re⁃sults show that the maximum absolute errors of ADRC and PI control are3.76459×10^(-4) and 8.20315×10^(-3),and the mean square errors are 1.78593×10^(-6) and 5.12835×10^(-5) respectively,under the condition of tracking the smooth input of 5 mm and certain fuel step disturbance.The maximum absolute errors of ADRC and PI control are 2.62611×10^(-3) and 9.03823×10^(-3),and the mean square error is 5.71403×10^(-4) and 7.77306×10^(-3) respectively,in the case of tracking sine disturbance.The designed controller can effectively estimate and compensate the disturbance,has a stronger fuel disturbance rejection ability,and is more robust than the PI controller,thus improving the accuracy of me⁃tering valve position control.It provides ideas for the subsequent improvement of anti-disturbance control algorithm and provides guidance for subsequent experimental research,which has a certain theoretical significance.
