敏捷开发模式下基于用户故事的软件需求及实施管理研究

摘　　要：敏捷开发模式作为一种高效研发模式,在软件需求和实施过程中扮演了重要角色。近年来,其应用颇受企业与从业者青睐。但在敏捷开发模式下基于用户故事的软件需求和实施过程中仍存在开发效率低下、代码质量不佳、过分追求速度、用户故事编写不标准等情况,对敏捷开发的“声誉”产生了一定影响。在具体研发工作中,企业及研发团队应形成用户故事地图,并做好管理与培训、用户故事标准化、组织过程资产多级管控、经验总结等工作,助力项目高质量交付。As an efficient R&D model,agile development model plays an important role in software requirements and implementation.In recent years,its application is favored by enterprises and practitioners.However,under the agile development model,there are still some problems such as low development efficiency,poor code quality,excessive speed,non-standard writing of user stories,etc.,which have had an impact on the"reputation"of agile development.In the specific R&D work,the enterprise and the R&D team should form a user story map,and do a good job in management and training,user story standardization,multi-level control of organizational process assets,experience summary and other work to help the high-quality completion of the project.
