摘  要:【目的】对某核电厂一类联轴器连接的通风机频繁出现振动大的问题,分析其主要原因,为核岛风机长期良好运行提供建议。【方法】对叶轮质量不平衡、轴承径向游隙超标、联轴器问题进行分析和总结。【结果】结合实例论述了三圆平衡法消除不平衡质量,基于轴承径向游隙超标实例来比较两种轴承的摩擦力矩。通过受力情况来分析联轴器松动的振动特征,并基于物理模型来解释弹性套失效的振动信号特征。【结论】对风机以外引起振动的因素进行综合分析,将有助于更快、更直接地找到症结,并提出解决方案。[Purposes]This paper focuses on the problem of large vibration of a type of couplingconnected fan in a nuclear power plant,analyze the main reasons and provide suggestions for maintaining the long-term good operation of nuclear island fan.[Methods]This paper mainly studies on the problems of impeller mass imbalance,bearing radial excessive clearance,and couplings.[Findings]This paper discusses the three-circle balance method to eliminate unbalanced mass is discussed;discussed the examples of the radial clearance of the bearing exceeding the standard,estimated and compared the friction torque of two kinds of bearings;analyzed the vibration characteristics of coupling looseness through the load conditions;explained the vibration signature of elastic sleeve failure by simple physical models.[Conclusions]Analysis and synthesis of factors that cause vibration not only by fans will help us find and solve the crux of the problem faster and more directly.
