摘　　要：国家治理体系下检察建议工作逐渐走向规范,检察建议与抗诉、纠正意见一同成为检察机关行使法律监督职权的重要方式。但实践中存在制发不平衡、类案监督不足、办理程序流于形式、落实效果不佳等问题。为此,建议通过整合监督线索、优化细化办理程序、内外兼修等多项举措,提升检察建议质效,促进法律监督、转化社会治理效能。Under the national governance system,the work of prosecutorial suggestions is gradually moving towards standardization,and prosecutorial suggestions,together with protest and correction opinions,has be⁃come an important way for procuratorial organs to exercise their legal supervision powers.However,in prac⁃tice,there are some problems,such as unbalanced production and distribution,insufficient supervision of similar cases,formality of handling procedures,and poor implementation effect.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate supervision clues,optimize handling procedures,and learn both internally and externally,so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of procuratorial suggestions,promote legal supervision,and transform the effectiveness of social governance.
