摘　　要：中国的监狱行刑社会化构想已久,但一直停留在理论框架内,没有付诸更多实践,如契约式行刑社会化、半开放式监狱建立、离监探亲制度等。在中国式现代化背景下,监狱行刑社会化是刑罚执行的必然趋势,其目的是通过“监狱+”模式,寻求协调发展机制,让罪犯实现人生价值追求,朝向回归,奋力回归,最终实现罪犯的再社会化。The concept of socialization of prison execution in China has been conceived for a long time,but it has stayed within the theoretical framework and has not been put into more practice in terms of the socialization of contractual execution,the establishment of semi-open prisons,and the system of family visiting with leaving prison.In the context of Chinese modernization,the socialization of prison execution is an inevitable trend of penalty execution,with the purpose of seeking a coordinated development mechanism through the“prison+”model,to make criminals realize their life pursuit,strive for return,and ultimately re⁃alize the re-socialization of criminals.
