特定环境与职业下的人格制度化——以电影《肖申克的救赎》人物为例

摘　　要：人的社会属性决定人必然被制度化。人如何在自然性和社会性之间、个体与集体之间、个性与环境之间生存和发展是人制度性生存的两难困境。人被制度化的方向与程度反映人与环境、人与社会的融合程度。人格“制度化”必然伴生人格的“制度性固化”。同时,人被特定职业与环境的制度化也会产生人与环境的冲突和紧张。电影《肖申克的救赎》以监狱制度为例向人们揭示了人在“制度性生存”中的两难选择。The social attributes of human determine that human beings must be institutionalized.How peo⁃ple survive and develop between nature and sociality,between individual and collective,between personality and environment is a dilemma of institutional survival.The direction and degree of people being institu⁃tionalized reflect the degree of integration between people and environment and between people and soci⁃ety.The“institutionalization”of personality must inevitably be accompanied by the“institutional solidifica⁃tion”of personality.Meanwhile,the institutionalization of people by specific occupations and environments will also produce conflicts and tensions between people and environment.The Shawshank Redemption re⁃veals people’s dilemma in“institutional survival”by taking prison system as an example.
