摘　　要：东河是湘江上游的二级支流,全长32.98km。区域内采选业发达,2010年开始通过对区域矿产资源整顿整合,目前在岔道口区域的民营采选矿企业已基本关停,但遗留在区域的废弃选厂和尾砂堆场处于无人管理的状态,长期以来受风蚀及雨水冲刷等影响,使得污染影响不断扩大,已成为东河流域重金属污染的源头。解决好东河源头尾砂堆场重金属污染,是完成湘江流域重金属治理目标的重要组成部分,项目的建设实施十分必要,也非常紧迫。The East River is a secondary tributary of the upper reaches of the Xiang River,with a total length of 32.98km.The mining and dressing industry in the region is developed,and in 2010,through the rectification and integration of regional mineral resources,the private mining and dressing enterprises in the fork in the area have been basically shut down,but the abandoned dressing plants and tailings dumps left in the region are in an unmanaged state,and have long been affected by wind erosion and rainwater erosion,which has continuously expanded the impact of pollution and has become the source of heavy metal pollution in the East River Basin.To this end,solving the heavy metal pollution of the tailing sand dump at the source of the East River is an important part of completing the goalof heavymetal treatment intheXiangjiangRiverBasin.
