摘 要:在桥梁工程施工中,连续梁施工是桥梁工程建设中的一项重要施工内容,施工工序复杂、施工难度大、危险系数高。基于此,文章通过实际案例对特大桥机跨连续梁的施工技术进行探讨,就架桥机通过连续梁时对连续梁截面及支座处的受力情况进行计算矫正,通过计算发现在架桥机通过连续梁时,在连续梁一端不堆载的工况下,梁体截面的上缘最大、最小应力及下缘最大、最小主截面正应力等均满足要求。In bridge engineering construction,continuous beam construction is an important construction content in bridge engineering construction.The construction process is complex,the construction is difficult,and the risk factor is high.Based on this,the paper discusses the construction technology of the machine-span continuous beam of the extra-large bridge through practical cases,calculates and corrects the stress of the continuous beam section and the support when the bridge erecting machine passes through the continuous beam,and finds that the maximum and minimum stress of the upper edge of the beam section and the maximum and minimum normal stress of the main section of the lower edge meet the requirements when the bridge erecting machine passes through the continuous beam and does not pile up load on one end of the continuous beam.
