摘　　要：“双碳”目标下主流绿色权益产品包括绿电、绿证和碳信用,由于绿色权益产品开发和交易的机制不同,企业在选择开发绿色权益项目时存在最优配置。文章将深入阐述绿色权益项目进行价值判断的逻辑,以可再生能源发电项目为例,分析项目情况、进行经济效益评估、选择绿色权益开发路径,并提出相关建议。The mainstream green equity products include green electricity,green certificates and carbon credits under the goals of Peak CO,Emissions and Carbon Neutrality.Due to the different mechanisms for the development and trading of green equity products,enterprises have the optimal configuration when choosing to develop green equity projects.This paper will deeply elaborate the logic of value judgment for green equity projects.Taking renewable energy power generation projects as an example,it will analyze the project situation,evaluate the economic benefits,select the path of green equity development,and put forward relevant suggestions.
