摘 要:由于传统方法对于特种设备检验检测管理速率比较低,文章提出石油化工产业特种设备检验检测管理研究。根据特种设备在石油化工生产过程中的重要程度和作用确定设备等级,并划分管理周期,采用无线传感技术对设备检验检测,确定设备运行状态,对于检验检测为状态异常的设备,对其动态风险评估并预警,根据预警等级以及检修管理规则,对其进行维修管理,降低运行风险,以此完成特种设备检验检测管理。经实验证明:设计方法管理速率比较高,能够在短时间内完成特种设备检验检测管理。Due to the low management rate of special equipment inspection and detection in traditional methods,the research on inspection and detection management of special equipment in petrochemical industry is proposed.Determine the equipment level according to the importance and role of special equipment in the petrochemical production process,divide the management cycle,use wireless sensor technology to inspect and test the equipment,determine the equipment operation status,evaluate and warn the dynamic risk of the equipment with abnormal status after inspection and detection,maintain and manage the equipment according to the early warning level and maintenance management rules,and reduce the operation risk,so as to complete the inspection and detection management of special equipment.The experiment proves that the design method has a relatively high management rate and can complete the inspection and detection management of special equipment in a short time.
