摘　　要：专利,尤其是高价值专利,是一种重要的技术资源,有较高的潜在价值,但专利产生价值需要借助一定的专利技术转移转化平台才能完成。河南省连续多年全省生产总值稳居全国第5位,近几年的技术合同成交额虽大幅增加,但占全国比重仍较低,且专利转移转化率较低。文章针对河南省专利技术转移转化及平台建设情况,结合创新平台、创新创业载体、产业集聚区、专精特新企业等实际情况,探讨我省专利技术转移转化平台的未来运行模式及供需对接机制,以期为我省专利转移转化平台发展指出可行路径,为相关部门进行决策提供参考依据。Patents,especially high-value patents,are an important technical resource with high potential value,but the value of patents can only be achieved through a certain platform for patent technology transfer and transformation.GDP of Henan Province has ranked fifth in the country for many years in a row.Although the turnover of technology contracts in Henan Province has increased significantly in recent years,its proportion in the country is still low,and the rate of patent transfer and transformation is low.Based on the situation of patent technology transfer and transformation and platform construction in Henan Province,the author discusses the future operation mode and supply and demand docking mechanism of the patent technology transfer and transformation platform in Henan Province in combination with the actual situation of our province's innovation platform,innovation and entrepreneurship carrier,industrial cluster,specialized and special new enterprises,etc.,with a view to pointing out a feasible path for the development of our province's patent transfer and transformation platform and providing reference for relevant departments to make decisions.
