摘　　要：文章介绍了苍南灵溪文体中心的项目背景、内容与要求。面对政府提出的便于集约化利用的建设思路,以及规划用地紧张的现实,通过梳理特定场景及城市设计层面的因素,设计采用“城市、建筑、景观一体化”的模式理念,并运用“自然可持续的技术性策略”。在设计方法上,通过在建筑学形态层面上对功能空间的“整合”,在地形学城市设计层面上的“地景”化处置,在生态学层面上低技适用的绿色“生态”技艺的应用,构建具有整体性、现代性、艺术性及绿色可持续性的当代县域乡镇多功能文体复合建筑,以契合当下我国“城市双修”与新城市主义的政策与理念。The paper introduces the project background,contents and requirements of Cangnan Lingxi Cultural and Sports Center.In the face of the construction idea of intensive use proposed by the government and the reality of tense planning land,the paper combs the specific scenes and the factors at the urban design level,adopts the model concept of“integrating the city,architecture and landscape”in design,and uses the“natural sustainable technical strategy”.In terms of design methods,through the“integration”of functional spaces at the architectural form level,the disposal of“landscapes”at the level of topographic urban design,and the application of green“ecological”techniques applicable to low technology at the ecological level,a contemporary county-level township multi-functional cultural and sports complex building with integrity,modernity,artistry and green sustainability is constructed to conforming to the current policies and concepts of“urban repair and ecological restoration”and new urbanism in China.
