建成环境对老年人步行的时空间分异影响研究

摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来,如何通过适老化的建成环境构建,迎合老年群体的活动特征和需求,促进其进行规律的体力活动,成为迈向健康老龄化的关键。本研究依托南京主城区老年居民的步行活动实时调查反馈及活动范围周边建成环境数据,探索老年群体身体活动的时空间分异特征,并进一步探究与早/晚步行行为显著相关的建成环境要素,以期为完善适老化的建成环境更新建设以及政策干预提供科学依据。研究表明:(1)老年群体的步行活动时空间分异特征明显。晚高峰到来前/后不同类型身体活动的类型及个体间存在显著差异。(2)在控制个人社会经济属性的前提下,主观建成环境、客观建成环境的部分指标均与老年人步行活动显著相关,且第一时段和第二时段与老年步行活动显著相关的建成环境要素既有共性也存在差异。With the advent of an ageing population,the key to healthy aging has become how to create a building environment suitable for the elderly,to meet the activity characteristics and needs of older groups and to promote their regular sports activities.Through real-time study and feedback on the walking activities of the elderly residents in Nanjing as well as the built environment data around the activity area,this paper examines the space-time differentiation characteristics of the elderly group’s physical activities,and further explores built environment elements,which is significantly related to morning and evening walking behavior,to provide a scientific basis for improving the renewal and construction of the built environment suitable for the aging and policy intervention.The results show that:①the space-time differentiation of the walking activity of the elderly group is obvious.Before/after the evening peak,there are significant differences in the types of different types of physical activities and individuals.②On the premise of controlling individual socio-economic attributes,some indicators of subjective built environment and objective built environment are significantly related to the walking activities of the elderly,and the built environment elements significantly related to the walking activities of the elderly in the first and second periods have both similarities and differences.
