碳中和背景下干打垒遗产建筑保护性改造策略研究

摘　　要：在碳中和背景下,对大庆市红旗村干打垒遗产建筑的安全性及能源消耗进行分析,发现现有的干打垒遗产建筑存在诸多结构安全问题及运营期能源消耗过大的现象。基于保护性改造原则,提出干打垒建筑基础、抗震性能、墙体表面等安全改造策略,围护结构节能改造、太阳能间接式与纵轴风涡轮机发电两者互补的采暖系统改造策略。改造后可作为石油文化旅游景点和干打垒精神传承基地,与大庆其他石油工业文化遗产相结合,形成一条完整的大庆精神展示路线,构成大庆特有的石油文化遗产旅游新廊道。Under the background of carbon neutrality,the safety and energy consumption of the rammed earth heritage buildings in Hongqi village,Daqing City are analyzed,and many structural safety problems and excessive energy consumption during the operation period in the existing rammed earth heritage buildings are found.Based on the principle of protective renovation,the safety renovation strategies for the foundation,seismic performance and wall surface,etc.of rammed earth heritage buildings are put forward,and the complementary heating system renovation strategies for envelope energy-saving transformation,solar indirect and longitudinal axis wind turbine power generation are proposed.After the renovation,they can be used as a petroleum cultural tourist attraction and a rammed earth spirit inheritance base,which can be combined with other petroleum industry cultural heritages in Daqing to form a complete Daqing spirit display route and a new petroleum cultural heritage tourism corridor unique to Daqing.
