摘  要:水质总磷的测定主要用钼酸铵分光光度法和流动注射法。本文从检出限、准确度、精密度等多个方面对两种方法进行了比对探讨。实验表明两种方法各有优缺点,在实际水样测定中要根据实际情况选择测定方法,从而更准确高效的完成工作。The determination of total phosphorus in water was mainly by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry and flow injection method.In this article,the detection limit,accuracy and precision of the two methods are compared and discussed.Experiments show that both methods have advantages and disadvantages.In the actual,water sample measurement method should be selected according to the actual situation,so as to complete the work more accurately and efficiently.
