摘 要:缩水甘油醚型活性稀释剂由醇与环氧氯丙烷加成缩合而成。由于醇上取代基的结构多样且活性各异,导致对应的缩水甘油醚合成工艺不同,产品的性能及应用领域不同。不同取代基的缩水甘油醚型活性稀释剂丰富了产品优良的机械、耐化学腐蚀、电绝缘性能。本文系统介绍不同取代基缩水甘油醚型活性稀释剂的合成工艺及对应的性能应用。Glycidyl ethers are kind of important reactive diluents,and the synthesis of glycidyl ethers are from the condensation of epichlorohydrin and various alcohols.Varying of the different substituent group and reactivity on the alcohols embody the corresponding glycidyl ethers diverse synthesized approaches,physical properties and application fields.Glycidyl ethers with different substituent group enrich their excellent mechanical property,electrical insulating property and chemical resistance.In this paper,synthesis,property and application of different glycidyl ethers are described classified by its substituent group on the alcolols.
