摘  要:核电厂放射性洗涤废水含有大量纤维类悬浮物,过滤处理后需要人工定期清污或更换过滤器滤芯。采用纸带过滤器和自清洗过滤器串联的流程,能够有效降低洗涤废水中悬浮物并减少人工操作的频次,同时分析讨论了过滤精度对悬浮物去除率和二次废物产生量的影响。试验表明,过滤效率和二次废物量随过滤精度的提高而增加,采用纸带过滤器和自清洗过滤器串联对模拟洗涤废水进行连续处理,一级过滤精度70μm,二级过滤精度25μm,总过滤效率可接近80%,二次废物量小于10L。The radioactive washing wastewater from nuclear power plant contains a large amount of fibrous suspended matter,so it needs to be cleaned manually or the filter element should be replaced regularly after filtration.Using the paper tape filter and self-cleaning filter in series can effectively reduce suspended solids in washing wastewater and reduce the frequency of manual operation.At the same time,the influence of filtration accuracy on suspended solids removal rate and secondary waste production is analyzed and discussed.The experiment shows that the filtration efficiency and secondary waste amount increase with the improvement of filtration accuracy.Paper tape filters and self-cleaning filters are used in series for continuous treatment of simulated washing wastewater,with a primary filtration accuracy of 70μm and secondary filtration accuracy 25μm.The total filtration efficiency can approach 80%,and the secondary waste volume is less than 10 L.
