摘 要:针对山西省赵庄二号井2330轨道回风顺槽在掘进作业中突遇DF22正断层,存在较难通过的问题,基于2330工作面工程概况,借助数值模拟分析法,分析了原支护方式下掘进巷道围岩的稳定性,发现若继续用原支护措施来通过DF22断层,掘进巷道围岩支护稳定性较差,存在整体垮落的风险,对此提出了可提前给断层影响区域注浆与采用U型钢来加强围岩支护的措施,通过综合应用这些加固措施后,该工作面实现了以12m/d的速度来快速通过DF22断层,且围岩相对较稳定,没有出现较大变形,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下掘进工作面安全快速过断层提供参考。In response to the problem of encountering the DF22 normal fault during the excavation operation of the 2330 track return air passage of Zhaozhuang No.2 well in Shanxi Province,which is difficult to pass through,based on the engineering overview of the 2330 working face and using numerical simulation analysis method,the stability of the surrounding rock of the excavation tunnel under the original support method was analyzed.It was found that if the original support measures were continued to pass through the DF22 fault,the stability of the excavation tunnel surrounding rock support would be poor,and there was a risk of overall collapse.Measures have been proposed to pre inject grout into the affected area of the fault and use U-shaped steel to strengthen the surrounding rock support.After comprehensive application of these reinforcement measures,the working face has achieved rapid passage through the DF22 fault at a speed of 12 m/d,and the surrounding rock is relatively stable without significant deformation,achieving good application results.This can provide reference for the safe and rapid passage of the excavation working face through the fault under similar working conditions.
