摘  要:根据相关统计资料显示我厂目前共有正常生产井6400余口,年耗电量约4.0×10^(8)kWh。寨子河采油队目前共有生产井387口,年耗电量约0.2373×10^(8)kWh,耗电量占采油厂总用电量的5.93%。随着油田的发展壮大,抽油机井将越来越多,开展抽油机节能降耗工作,是遵照国家节约能源政策,转变企业经济增长方式,走节约型发展道路的必然原则。寨子河采油队油井以定向井为主,井下杆柱呈三维空间曲线,抽油管、杆受力复杂,且受到储层低压低渗特性制约,单井产能普遍较低,节能降耗难度很大。因此寨子河采油队自2020年以来,针对采油系统,进行了一系列节能降耗技术研究与应用,取得了较为显著的成效。According to relevant statistical data,there are currently over 6400 normal production wells in our factory,with an annual power consumption of about 4.0×108 kWh.The Zhaizihe Oil Production Team currently has 387 production wells,with an annual power consumption of about 0.2373×108 kWh,accounting for 5.93%of the total electricity consumption of the oil production plant.With the development and expansion of oil fields,there will be more and more pumping wells.Carrying out energy saving and consumption reduction work for pumping units is an inevitable principle to comply with national energy conservation policies,transform the mode of economic growth of enterprises,and take the path of economical development.The oil wells of Zhaizihe Oil Production Team are mainly directional wells,with the downhole rod string presenting a three-dimensional spatial curve.The stress on the tubing and rod is complex,and restricted by the low pressure and low permeability characteristics of the reservoir.The productivity of a single well is generally low,making it difficult to save energy and reduce consumption.Therefore,since 2020,the Zhaizihe Oil Production Team has conducted a series of energy saving and consumption reduction technology research and application for the oil production system,and achieved relatively significant results.
