千米钻机在煤矿瓦斯抽采中的应用分析

摘　　要：近年来,瓦斯灾害防治以及煤矿开发等领域对千米定向钻机的研究日渐深入。在煤矿开发中,坚持“通风可靠、抽采达标、监控有效、管理到位”等原则构建瓦斯综合治理体系,可立足整体层面加大瓦斯治理力度,提升治理水平,最大程度降低瓦斯事故发生几率。而在煤矿开发中应用千米钻机,可凭借其优势获得更好的瓦斯抽采效果,进一步控制瓦斯涌出,而且此装置的应用还表现出瓦斯综合治理效果佳以及经济效益好等特点。本文主要结合千米钻机的概述,分析千米钻机的应用现状,并以本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采为例探讨千米钻机的实际应用,经瓦斯浓度及纯量分析,得出用千米钻机施工和一般钻孔相比较,瓦斯抽采纯量提高超2.2倍,抽采浓度更高,瓦斯抽采体积分数也提升大约40%。综合分析,在区域瓦斯治理中选择千米钻机,能获得更好的治理效果和瓦斯抽采效果。In recent years,the research on kilometer directional drilling rig has been deepened in the fields of gas disaster prevention and coal mine development.In the process of coal mine development,adhere to the principles of"reliable ventilation,up-to-standard drainage,effective monitoring and management"to build a comprehensive gas control system,which can increase the gas control efforts based on the overall level,improve the control level and minimize the probability of gas accidents.The application of kilometer drilling rig in coal mine development can obtain better gas drainage effect and further control gas emission by virtue of its advantages,and the application of this device also shows good comprehensive gas control effect and good economic benefits.This paper mainly combines the overview of the kilometer drill,analyzes the current situation of the application of the kilometer drill,and discusses the actual application of the kilometer drill with the example of the gas extraction in the coal seam drilling hole.Through the analysis of the gas concentration and pure quantity,it is concluded that the gas extraction pure quantity of the kilometer drill is more than 2.2 times higher than that of the ordinary drilling hole,the gas extraction concentration is higher,and the gas extraction volume fraction is also increased by about 40%.Comprehensive analysis,the selection of kilometer drilling rig in regional gas control can achieve better control effect and gas drainage effect.
