摘　　要：随着国家产业升级逐渐步入攻坚阶段,工业制造领域的安全管理,日益受到相关行业专家学者的普遍重视。化工企业,作为我国工业力量的基础支柱,其安全监督管理水平,从根本上制约着我国先进工业、产业的发展成色,但近几年转型实践也表明,当前我国化工企业,仍遗留着一些易酿成安全事故的管理漏洞。本文结合化工生产安全事故的一般特征,对化工企业在生产安全监督管理方面的问题展开分析,进而有针对性地提出几点改善安全监督管理质量的策略措施。As the national industry upgrade has gradually entered the stage of tackling,the safety management in the field of industrial manufacturing has become increasingly valued by experts and scholars in related industry.As the basic pillar of my country’s industrial power,its level of safety supervision and management has fundamentally restricted the development of my country’s advanced industries.However,in recent years,the transformation practice has also shown that there are still some management loopholes that can easily lead to safety accidents in China's chemical enterprises.This article combines the general characteristics of chemical production safety accidents,analyzes the problems of chemical enterprises in production safety supervision and management,and then propose a few strategic measures to improve the quality of safety supervision and management.
