摘　　要：介绍了生产脲醛预缩液(UFC)并以此为原料生产脲醛胶的工艺过程。生产脲醛预缩液的工艺过程是以甲醇为原料,用铁钼催化剂催化氧化原料气,制得高浓度甲醛气体,在甲醛吸收塔中用尿素溶液一次吸收制成。利用UFC生产脲醛胶,具有生产工艺简单、原料易得、产品抗老化能力强等优点。The article introduces the process of producing urea formaldehyde pre shrinkage liquid(UFC)and using it as a raw material to produce urea formaldehyde adhesive.The process of producing urea formaldehyde pre shrinkage solution is to use methanol as the raw material,and use iron molybdenum catalyst to catalyze the oxidation of the feed gas to produce high concentration formaldehyde gas.The gas is then absorbed in a formaldehyde absorption tower with urea solution in one go.UFC production of urea formaldehyde adhesive has the advantages of simple production process,easy availability of raw materials,and strong anti-aging ability of products.
