摘 要:四溴双酚A(Tetrabromobisphenol A,TBBPA)及其衍生物作为一种新型溴代阻燃剂,被广泛应用于电子产品、纺织品和塑料产品。TBBPA及其衍生物对于生物体具有潜在的神经毒性和内分泌干扰毒性,因而其在环境中的分布引起人们的广泛关注。但目前TBBPA及其衍生物在环境样品中的检测存在浓度较低及基质干扰等问题,因此需要采用一定的样品前处理步骤,结合合适的仪器分析方法,提高分析的选择性与灵敏度。主要综述了环境样品中TBBPA及其衍生物常用的前处理技术及仪器分析方法,为TBBPA及其衍生物的分析提供科学依据。As a new brominated flame retardant,tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)and its derivatives are widely used in electronic products,textiles and plastics,and their distribution in the environment is of great concern because of their potential neurotoxicity and endocrine disrupting toxicity to living organisms.However,the detection of TBBPA and its derivatives in environmental samples suffers from low concentration and matrix interference,so certain sample pretreatment steps combined with suitable instrumental methods are needed to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of the analysis.In this paper,we review the common pretreatment techniques and instrumental methods for the analysis of TBBPA and its derivatives in environmental samples,and provide a scientific basis for the analysis of TBBPA and its derivatives.
