摘　　要：针对炼油事业部气分装置液态烃泵机械密封运行状况,分析现有机械密封存在的一系列问题,并根据存在的问题从机械密封型号、密封方式以及二级密封冲洗冷却方式等三个方面进行了改造,在机械密封运行水平、节能降耗和隐患消除等方面取得了良好的效果。In response to the operational status of the mechanical seal of the liquid hydrocarbon pump in the gas separation unit of the refining business unit,a series of problems with the existing mechanical seal were analyzed.Based on the existing problems,improvements were made in three aspects:mechanical seal model,sealing method,and secondary seal flushing and cooling method.Good results were achieved in terms of mechanical seal operation level,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and hidden danger elimination.
