基 金:酸化调理联合聚乙二醇溶液渗析的污泥脱水方法研究(Ky22003)。
摘 要:生物淋滤技术能在一定程度上改善污泥的脱水性能。聚乙二醇溶液对污泥进行渗析脱水,其脱水效果显著,但渗析中排水板的有效影响范围有限。为探索更有效的污泥脱水方法,对原状污泥和淋滤污泥开展自重浓缩、离心分离、聚乙二醇溶液渗析三种脱水实验,发现经生物淋滤处理后的污泥其脱水效果皆优于原状污泥,且生物淋滤联合聚乙二醇溶液渗析脱水效果最佳。聚乙二醇溶液渗析实验在一定浓度下能将污泥含水率降至60%以下,能实现污泥的深度脱水,因此污泥经生物淋滤处理后其脱水性能得到明显改善。The biological leaching technology can improve the dewatering performance of sludge to a certain extent;Polyethylene glycol solution has a significant dehydration effect on sludge through dialysis,but the effective influence range of drainage plates during dialysis is limited;In order to explore more effective methods for sludge dewatering,three dewatering experiments were conducted on the original and filtered sludge,including self weight concentration,centrifugal separation,and polyethylene glycol solution dialysis.It was found that the dewatering effect of the sludge treated with biological leaching was better than that of the original sludge,and the combination of biological leaching and polyethylene glycol solution dialysis dewatering had the best effect.The polyethylene glycol solution dialysis experiment can reduce the moisture content of sludge to below 60%at a certain concentration,achieving deep dehydration of sludge.Therefore,it is believed that the dehydration performance of sludge after biological leaching treatment has been significantly improved.
