摘 要:笔者采用相转化法制备了高渗透性、低成本堇青石基中空纤维陶瓷膜,研究了添加10wt%不同粒度的3mol%氧化钇稳定氧化锆(3YSZ)对制备的膜的结构、力学强度和油水分离性能等的影响。其结果表明,制备的堇青石膜呈现非对称结构,由指状孔层和外侧多孔分离层构成。在引入纳米3YSZ后,膜分离层厚度和孔径减小,形成更为均匀多孔的表面结构。添加纳米颗粒可在显著提高膜的抗弯强度的同时,不会明显降低膜的渗透性能,其中引入100nm^(3)YSZ的复合膜的抗弯强度和纯水通量分别可达120MPa和2.15m^(3)/(m^(2)·h·bar)。制备的堇青石-YSZ复合膜相对堇青石膜表现出更优的油水分离性能,油截留率可达到95.3%以上。Highly permeable and low-cost cordierite-based hollow fiber ceramic membranes were prepared by the phase inversion method.The effects of adding 3 mol%yttria-stabilized zirconia(3YSZ)particles with different sizes on the structure,mechanical strength and oil-water separation performance of obtained membranes were investigated.Results show that the prepared cordierite membrane shows an asymmetric microstructure,consisting of a large finger-like pore layer and an outer porous separation layer.With the introduction of nano 3YSZ,the thickness and pore size of the mem-brane separation layer were reduced,and a more uniform porous surface structure was formed.The addition of nanoparti-cles can significantly improve the bending strength of the membrane without significantly reducing its permeability.The bending strength and pure water flux of the composite membrane with 100 nm^(3)YSZ can reach 120 MPa and 2.15 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h·bar),respectively.The prepared cordierite-YSZ composite membranes showed better oil-water separation per-formance than cordierite membrane,and high oil retention rate of≥95.3%could be achieved.
