摘  要:笔者探究了日用废瓷在日用陶瓷坯体中循环利用的可行性,采用XRD、SEM、吸水率、体积密度和力学性能等测试手段,研究了日用废瓷含量和烧成温度对坯体结构和性能的影响。结果表明,日用废瓷的化学组成与日用陶瓷坯体相近,颗粒细小的日用废瓷具有良好的烧结性能。通过添加适量日用废瓷可明显降低日用陶瓷坯体的吸水率和提高力学强度。其中,日用废瓷含量为15%、在1250℃保温40min烧成时,制备的日用陶瓷坯体的吸水率、抗折强度和收缩率分别为0.16%、78.53MPa和5.23%。This work studied the feasibility of recycling of waste porcelain to prepare the domestic ceramics.The effects of waste porcelain content and sintering temperature on the structure and properties of obtained ceramic body were investiga-ted through XRD,SEM,water absorption rate,bulk density and mechanical properties tests.Results show that the chemi-cal composition of waste porcelain was similar to that of domestic ceramic,and that the fine-grained waste porcelain had good sintering properties.Adding appropriate amount of waste porcelain can obviously reduce the water absorption rate and improve the mechanical strength of domestic ceramic bodies.The prepared domestic ceramic material show the water ab-sorption rate,flexural strength and shrinkage of 0.16%,78.53 MPa and 5.23%,respectively,with the additionof 15 wt%waste porcelain and sintered 1250℃for 40 min.
