司库奇尤单抗治疗连续性肢端皮炎1例

摘　　要：患者男,42岁,双手指末端红肿,伴左食指甲下反复脓疱6年余,诊断为连续性肢端皮炎。该患者既往应用传统治疗效果欠佳,规律应用司库奇尤单抗治疗后皮损及不适完全缓解,目前病情控制良好,治疗效果稳定,无不良反应发生。提示IL-17拮抗剂可作为连续性肢端皮炎的一种治疗选择。A 42-year-old male presented with erythema,edema,and recurring pustules under the left nail for more than 6 years was diagnosed as acrodermatitis continua of hallopeau.The patient has been resistant to conventional treatments in the past.After starting biologic therapy of Secukinumab,the skin lesion and discomfort were totally relieved.At present,the condition is under adequate control and the treatment effect is stable without any adverse reactions.Our experience suggests that the Secukinumab may represent an appropriate therapeutic option for acrodermatitis continua of hallopeau.
