摘　　要：患者男,16岁,左侧躯体线状角化性丘疹、斑块13年。患者自幼发病,出现缓慢生长的线性排列的角化性丘疹和斑块,沿左侧躯体的Blaschko线分布。上肢皮损组织病理示:表皮角质层内典型的角化不全柱,其下方颗粒层减少或消失,可见角化不良细胞。诊断:线状汗孔角化症。给予维A酸和糖皮质激素乳膏外用,并建议定期随访以警惕皮肤肿瘤发生。A 16-year-old boy presented with linear keratinizing papules and plaques on the left body for 13 years.He experienced symptoms such as slowly progressive linearly arranged keratotic papules and plaques along Blaschko line over the left half of the body.Skin biopsy showed typical dyskeratotic column in the cuticle of the epidermis,the granular layer below it decreased or disappeared,and dyskeratotic cells were visible.Diagnosis:linear porokeratosis.Retinoic acid and glucocorticoid cream were prescribed for external use,and regular follow-up was recommended to guard against the occurrence of skin tumors.
