摘 要:随着我国北方地区推进建设电采暖工程,乡镇地区分散式电采暖系统调度手段单一,大量采暖用户粗放化管理等问题逐渐显现。为此,该文提出一种由负荷聚合商(load aggregator,LA)主导,考虑采暖用户消费偏好的分散式电采暖系统主从博弈优化方法。双层主从博弈模型中,上层LA调度成本模型制定系统内电能调度计划与采暖分时电价,下层电采暖用户支付成本模型根据上层制定的电价确定自身采暖产热计划。下层模型中,采暖用户以层次分析法对采暖综合效用函数中各项指标进行量化评判,在不违背自身消费偏好的前提下,利用采暖负荷电热特性参与需求响应。算例分析表明,所提优化方法可以发掘不同消费偏好用户的需求响应潜力,并实现分散式电采暖系统的经济性运行。With the promotion of the electric heating projects in the areas of north China,problems have gradually emerged such as the single dispatching method of the decentralized electric heating systems in towns and cities and the extensive management of a large number of heating users.Therefore,a master-slave game optimization of the decentralized electric heating system is proposed,which is dominated by the load aggregator(LA)and considers the consumption preferences of the heating users.In the two-layer master-slave game model,the upper-layer LA dispatch cost model formulates the power dispatch plan and the time-of-use electricity prices in the heating periods;and the lower-layer electric heating user payment cost model determines its own heating and heat production plan according to the electricity prices formulated by the upper layer.In the lower model,the heating users apply the AHP to quantitatively evaluate various indicators in the heating comprehensive utility function.The users participate in the demand response by using the electric and heating characteristics of the heating loads without violating their own consumption preferences.The analysis of an example shows that the proposed optimization is able to explore the demand response potentials of the users with different consumption preferences,and to realize the economical operation of the distributed electric heating system.
