摘 要:在高比例可再生能源的海上孤岛型微电网中,风电预测出力与实际出力的误差会影响日前调度计划,导致运行成本上升,严重情况下可能对系统安全稳定运行造成影响。为此,提出一种基于条件风险价值的孤岛型微电网动态激励调度策略。首先,利用三阶混合高斯分布描述预测误差得到样本群。其次,针对不同类型用户建立差异化需求响应策略并设立用户舒适度指标。然后,基于预测误差样本群,利用条件风险价值方法,综合考虑经济性、安全性以及用户舒适度确定各类型用户的动态激励,建立孤岛型微电网日前优化调度模型。最后,在风电–负荷时序场景下验证所提策略的有效性与普适性。In the offshore isolated microgrid with high proportional renewable energy,the wind power errors between the predicted output and the actual output affect the pre-made day-ahead scheduling plan,leading to an increase in operating costs,even affecting the safe and stable operation of the system.Therefore,a dynamic incentive strategy of the isolated microgrid based on the conditional value at risk is proposed.Firstly,the sample group is obtained by using the third-order mixed Gaussian distribution to describe the errors between the actual and the predicted wind power outputs.Secondly,the differentiated demand response strategies and the user comfort indexes are established for different types of users in the microgrid.Then,based on the prediction error sample group,the conditional value-at-risk method was used to determine the dynamic incentives of various types of users by considering economy,security and user comfort comprehensively,and the day-ahead optimal scheduling model of isolated microgrid was established.Finally,the effectiveness and universality of the proposed strategy are verified in the wind power-load timing scenario.
