摘  要:为兼顾考虑级联H桥逆变器存在的功率和开关损耗不均衡问题,提出一种九电平级联H桥逆变器功率与开关损耗双均衡自由度优化控制方法。首先对传统同向层叠脉冲宽度调制(phase disposition-pulse width modulation,PD-PWM)中的调制波位置进行垂直平移,从而降低数字控制难度和计算量;之后对层叠载波自由度进行一次优化,在保证逆变器输出优良谐波特性的前提下,实现各级联单元间的功率均衡;最后对层叠载波自由度进行二次优化,实现各级联单元间的开关损耗均衡,并提高逆变器的等效开关频率。该方法在全调制度范围内同时实现各级联单元的输出功率均衡和开关损耗均衡。最后,通过仿真和实验验证该方法的正确性和可行性。Taking into account the imbalance of the power and the switching loss in the cascaded H-bridge inverters,a double balanced method of the power and the switching loss for the nine-level cascaded H-bridge inverters based on the freedom optimal control is proposed.Firstly,the modulation wave position in the traditional phase disposition-pulse width modulation(PD-PWM)is vertically shifted to reduce the difficulties in the digital control and the amount of calculation.After that,the freedom of the stacked carrier is optimized for the first time to realize the power balance between the units at all levels on the premise of ensuring the excellent harmonic characteristics of the inverter output.Further,the freedom of the stacked carrier is optimized for the second time to balance the switching loss between the units at all levels and improve the equivalent switching frequency of the inverter.This method realizes the output power balance and the switching loss balance at all levels of the coupling units within the full modulation range.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by simulation and experiment.
